Congratulations to the Class of 2010 who officially joined the Ouachita Alumni circle on May 8.  For the third year, commencement ceremonies were held on the front steps of the historic Cone-Bottoms Hall.  Read more about commencement activities and join us in praying for this outstanding group as they embark on new careers, graduate studies, new cities, marriages and more!

Gold Tigers
Our thanks to each Ouachita Gold Tiger who attended the annual gatherings on April 15-16.  The Class of 1960 celebrated their 50th reunion with a special dinner for nearly 150 alumni and friends on Thursday evening.  Friday's events included campus tours, a Campus Insights lecture by Chris Babb ('99) and the annual luncheon featuring keynote speaker Judge John Ward ('60). 

Please mark your calendar for the 2011 Gold Tigers events to be held on April 14 and 15 on the Ouachita campus. 



Point of Grace on Huckabee...
Go Tigers!  Mike Huckabee ('76) featured musicians Point of Grace on his nationally-syndicated FOX News show on May 16.  In addition to Huckabee, singers Shelly Breen ('91) and Denise Jones ('91) are proud Ouachita alumni.  View the interview and live performance!

Speaking of Point of Grace... congratulations to the girls for their recent feature in People magazine!

Ouachita at the Ouaterpark
Alumni living in Clark County are invited to the third annual "Ouacihta at the Ouaterpark" alumni night! 

Join us on Thursday, July 15 from 6-8 p.m. at the Arkadelphia Aquatic Park.  Kids are welcome!  Light refreshments will be available; the concession stand will also be open for snack purchases. 

Your admission is complimentary - just let the gate know you are with Ouachita Alumni.
